Non-Refundable Scheduling Fee

Iron Heart Tattoo and all associates related with Iron Heart Tattoo shall require a non-refundable scheduling fee for all scheduled appointments. This scheduling fee may later be deducted from the overall cost of the tattoo. Loss of fees and possible denial of scheduled tattoos will be determined by scheduling Artist. All scheduling fees will be added to the cost of tattoos at the completion of tattoos. All scheduling fees are not transferable between artists or clients. Circumstances that could relate to the loss of scheduling fees are as follows. 

*Canceling or rescheduling within 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment; the time range is determined by the Artist and days of the week.

*Client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 

*Sunburn.

*Rash or hives on tattooed location.

*No ID at the time of appointment. 

*Medical conditions that could compromise the quality of tattoos or the safety of clients, as well as the safety of the Artists. All conditions that relate to these subjects, without notification to artists ahead of scheduling time, may forfeit scheduling fees and scheduled tattoos. 

*Use of numbing cream without the Artist’s consent.

*No call-No show

*Changing of design at the last moment.

*Taking an artist’s design and having it tattooed by another artist or being tattooed by another artist after the design has been requested by the client.

*Arriving 20 minutes late for a scheduled appointment may result in the loss of a scheduled appointment, as well as a scheduling fee. 

*If an appointment has been re-scheduled twice, full payment totaling the estimated hours of the tattoo will be required before the 3rd appointment can be scheduled. The scheduling fee may be non-refundable if any of the above circumstances are met, and a new scheduling fee is required.

Additional costs could apply if custom designs and extra design time is needed on top of the scheduling fee or if a drastic change occurs to the requested design before the appointment. This additional fee is at the discretion of the artist and will not be deducted from the agreed payment of the Tattoo. Custom design fees are solely for the artist’s extra time and design. 

Please be patient with artists regarding requested artwork, as every client’s tattoo designs are as important as your own. Do not expect Artist to have your design ready immediately after scheduling. Do not expect Artist to show finished tattoo designs before scheduled appointments. 

All uses of numbing creams must be approved and have the full consent of the tattoo artist. All numbing creams shall be administered appropriately and according to the manufacturer’s instruction by the artist. Numbing creams need time to settle after the cream has been removed from the body. Waiting time after removal is determined by the artist and according to the location on the body. The quality of the tattoo may be altered because of the use of numbing cream, and it’s effects on certain body part locations. Iron Heart Tattoo is not responsible for the quality of the tattoo resulting from the alteration of the skin from the use of numbing cream.  

Iron Heart Tattoo takes its artist’s safety very seriously. Any inappropriate or sexual comments made by a client will not be tolerated. If such comments are made, the session will immediately be terminated, and the client will be subjected to a non-refundable penalty for their behavior.
